Drain Camera Inspections
Our Pearpoint drain camera allows us to inspect drains and provide a USB of inspections for future reference.
Hot Water Problems
We diagnose and service hot water issues. We can offer a solution to having same day hot water restored.
Water Leak Detection
Using the Aquaphon leak detector, we can find concealed underground water leaks and fix on the spot. We diagnose shower leaks and provide a report. We can also repair roof leaks.
Garbage Disposal Units
We supply and install garbage disposal units. Or if you prefer your unit removed, we can easily replumb the sink to a normal drain.
Guttering
We replace, reseal and clean all guttering types.
Water Compliance Tests
We issue water compliance certificates so Tenants can be on charged for water usage.
Drainage Repairs
Breaks are easily repaired in storm water or sewer drains. We can provide the best solution to fixing drainage and problem solve to minimise further damage to property.
Toilet Servicing
Running toilet, toilet flushing, buttons sticking or is your toilet leaking on to the floor? We can diagnose and fix these issues on the spot.
Ciclon Pumps
As service agents we can clean the pumps of blockages and grime to ensure long life of your system. Some of our customers book in annually for a pump clean and schedule regular preventative maintenance.
Water Tanks
We supply and install water tanks, replace pumps or diagnose water tanks not reverting to mains water supply when the tank is empty.
Servicing and Replacement Tapware
We supply and install tapware throughout the home.
Backflow Prevention Testing
We can conduct annual testing on backflow device and submit all paperwork to local council authorities.
